HR Officer

Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations

Handling employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization

Managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies

Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives

Providing support to other HR functions as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

At least 6 months of experience in a similar HR role

Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
