Senior Graphic Designer

PNY Trainings is a leading digital marketing and technology training institute based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and logos.

Work with other designers, writers, and marketing specialists to develop design concepts and ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals, and provide creative recommendations and solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring quality control throughout the design process.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into our creative work.

Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.

Help build and maintain a strong brand identity and visual style guide.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.

A portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required.
