Team Lead Academics

Responsibilities

  • Must ensure the effective liaison between management and the faculty members.
  • Ensure flexible and implement effectively an academic calendar.
  • Responsible for assessing the needs and requirements of the academic faculty and supervising day to day operations of academic department.
  • Keeping and maintaining the documentation related to course content, class schedules, faculty attendance and records related to student affairs.
  • Facilitating and resolving the issues of students and faculty members.
  • Providing the assistance to faculty members regarding the development of course content and maintaining the foregoing educational support tools to be used for the future trends once the training is done.
  • Consulting and guiding students on admission related queries.
  • Assess student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
  • Staying update by having strong research skills on industry information related to academics.
  • Handle and process the cases of students with extreme care.
  • Managing and leading the team effectively.
  • Responsible to make sure smooth operations of Academics Department along with launching of new courses through R&D in order to achieve monthly targets.
  • Dedication to other tasks assigned by management.
