Job Description

Resposibilities:

Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement

Manage the all activities of accounts and finance to meet the company overall business portfolio and budget

Monthly financial and management reports

Establish and maintain cash controls

Prepare monthly financial statements and also prepare quarterly reports and report on variances

Calculate miscellaneous deductions and maintain the record

Manage the filing, storage and security of documents

Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.

Establish and maintain supplier accounts

Processes supplier invoices
