Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated for accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with QMS standards
• Analyzes and evaluates requirements by coordinating with the process owners to define the problem, data availability and report requirements
• Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process development and modernization projects
• Facilitate process workshops, document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents
• Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure integration of process designing efforts
• Document procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
• Management of documentation and related records in line with Quality Management System
• Assist in process and management system certification
• Monitoring, measuring, providing feedback and reporting on process performance through various means including internal audits
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer
