We are looking for International Customer Support Executives to conduct outbound reach for product sales, conversions and build customer relations. You will be considered the firm’s front liner and a product features expert.
Skills & Requirements:
Written and Spoken English with British or American accent.
Ability to explain functions and procedures of software products to international clients
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Walk customers through problem solving process and product demonstration via Web or In-person meetings
Independently Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of deals
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Coordinating with technical team to address customer complaints or requirements
Must have:
Strong time management and problem solving
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
Open to travel for work
BS degree or equivalent
