As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible to:

• Draft various contracts, including, but not limited to, reseller agreements, master seller agreements, licensing agreements, and NDA’s etc.
• Conduct detailed patents prior art research along with drafting patent applications with the relevant authorities.
• Assist the Legal Team in improving the internal policies of the company
