We are looking for a “Patent Attorney” who should have a strong grasp on research skills and complete understanding of the current Intellectual Property law (preferably of the United Kingdom). The candidate should produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our services and products.

Roles and responsibilities

· Conducting rigorous research on IP law.

· Searching for patent records.

· Drafting of patent specification.

· Preparation and filing of patent applications.

· Amendment of patent specifications.

· Checking for infringement and validity related to patents.

In a nut shell, responsible to assist, and preferably lead, drafting and submission of various patents of the company.

Eligibility:

· Researching skills.

· Working knowledge of IP.

· Proficiency in English writing.

· Past experience in patents preferred.

· Excellent critical thinking skills.
