Job Description

We are looking for Team Lead Data Entry Operator who is responsible to manage the shifts of all DEOs. An ideal candidate should have typing speed of 50wpm. All applications below 50wpm typing speed would not be further processed.

Skills & Requirements

• To check and report how many correct verification Data Entry Operators (DEOs) do.

• To make sure that all DEOs come on time. In case one is absent, it is the responsibility of Team Leader to cover for him/her.

• To make system for check and balance.

• To check the performance of other DEOs.

• To train the new DEOs and make them learn about all the work.

• To hire and terminate the DEOs employment upon management’s discretion.

• To report to management about the issues and needs of DEOs.

Please note that the Team Leader should be available 24/7 on phone or internet to make sure that every shift is working smoothly.

Must have

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to take responsibility.

• Critical analysis and Team leadership skills.

• Experience in working as part of a team.

• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
