Content Writer

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team and help us with our internal documentations, such as policies, processes, and playbook. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content to support our company's internal communication needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and create content for all internal digital channels, including company websites, internal blogs, online communication, email, and other digital platforms.

Organize and maintain all internal content, including libraries of case studies, internal documentations, workflows, use case templates, etc.

Conduct research on industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content types.

Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and formatting.

Edit and proofread all articles and documents for accuracy and clarity.

Collaborate with other departments to create protocol documents.

Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics to address customers' needs.

Use exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills to communicate with various external partners and internal team members.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate with various external partners, internal team members, and job functions.

Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to produce creative content.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience in creative writing and content/copywriting is a plus.

Interest in and knowledge of IT-related research and developments around the world.

Passion for contemporary research and desire to explore new trends in our business verticals is a must.
