Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have website design / development background but primarily does sales and support
  • Candidate must be a Sales / support person who understands web design and development process
  • Candidate must not be an internet marketer or website developers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent listening, presentation and telephone skills; Is self-motivated and goal oriented
