SEO Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage SEO and Digital Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
• Continually analyze Digital Marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments where necessary
• Resolve customer service issues when possible prior to escalation
• Operate as lead point of contact for assigned clients and their markets representatives; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; Field client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements:

• Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with clients;
• Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing strategies;
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both verbally and in writing;
• Excellent listening, presentation and telephone skills; Is self-motivated and goal oriented
