Affiliation & Accreditation Officer / Math’s Curriculum Expert

Primary Responsibilities:

• To maintain a strong track record of electronic document management
•  Degree qualification in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated experience in accreditation
• Experience in collaboration with HEC/BISE/FBISE/PIERA
• Should have good command in Content writing
• Better understanding with MOU writing proposals etc
• Good expertise in making different international /local program feasibility reports
• A high level of understanding of accreditation and evaluation principles and their practical application in a tertiary or similar environment with experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust processes.
• Experience and demonstrated competencies in researching and drafting reports, writing documents for a wide audience, and making recommendations.
• Advanced computer literacy skills specifically in the Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and working with membership databases.
•  Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing with a high degree of professionalism and sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work flexibly and harmoniously in a team contributing to team outcomes.
• Ability to take initiative for planning and supervising projects and work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, apply continuous improvement principles, and meet deadlines without compromising standards of service and quality
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, in higher education and P-12 schools, and the general public
• Ability to travel and flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as projects demand

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively to ensure the curriculum is developed in accordance with all articulated quality standards.
• Oversee the review/feedback process for the Mathematics Curriculum, including coordination of teacher review teams, consensus building, conflict resolution, planning, and decision-making.
• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in the design and continuous
• Deep knowledge of equity issues in education and a deep commitment to providing access to the high-quality digital curriculum for all students.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with:
• Mathematics Common Core Standards
• Understanding by Design principles for curriculum design.

Requirements:

•  2-3 years of experience in P-12 and/or higher education, and accreditation
• BA/BS in or related field required, Master’s shall be preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years minimum in Maths curriculum.
