Franchise Development Manager
Responsibilities
Degree Title: BBA(Hons) / MBA (Majors in Marketing/Sales)
Minimum Experience: (5 years experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, preferably with the private sector or Multinational/international companies)
Primary Responsibilities:
The concerned will be responsible to handle tasks of sales regarding the franchising and develop the business in terms of academics schools & colleges.
Looking after a new place to built new setups for branches.
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
Research and analyze sales options.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
Build and maintain professional networks.
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
Sells franchise products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Coordinates and networks with clients and existing franchisees for growth capabilities of Exploreville Schools.
Works with the existing franchisees to encourage additional growth in new markets.
Manages the franchise recruitment process to drive the number of newly qualified franchise candidates.

SUMMARY:
The basic job is to attract investors to buy franchises.
You will be able to make strategies for selling more franchises and expansion of more in the market.
Also, you need to find out more places where you can attract investors.
Strategic thinking plays a vital role in this post.
A person who has experience in Franchise Sales (education brand) will be ideal, or any other person who has experience in Selling franchisees, or any person who has worked in the capacity of Franchise controller and sales will be a suitable resource.
The concerned will be responsible to handle tasks of sales regarding the franchising and develop the business in terms of academics schools & colleges.

Other Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Liaison with International companies, representatives for available and upcoming business opportunities.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Developing growth strategies and plans focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Increasing client base and Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams and Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.
Following industry trends locally and internationally.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Contacting potential clients to establish relationships and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
