General Manager of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly qualified General Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR department and support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements:

Qualification: MBA / MPA from a reputable institution (HEC Recognized) or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school

Experience: 8 to 10 years related Human Resources (HR) experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and HR experience.
