Job Description

• The incumbent will be responsible for auditing the system for quality maintenance, matching the colleges and schools' academic goals with the monthly financial performance of all colleges nationwide, determining in-house quality procedures and specifications for academics, curriculum delivery, monitoring faculty performance , assisting in training design and delivery, coordinating with external stakeholders for business development assessing parental and student needs and ensuring they are met and ensuring that all branches comply with quality standards established by the head office.
• As General Manager College Operations , the incumbent will be expected to direct objectives to maximize profitability, formulate strategies to increase staff productivity, communicate with external entities and act as a catalyst for improvement in performance and quality.
