Program Coordinator - College Management

Responsibilities

Must handle all students’ admissions, University of London applications, registrations, and examination registrations.

Must step up and build department- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

Must complete all paperwork, midterm, and final mocks, students and teachers' attendances, etc.

Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

Developing growth strategies & plans focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Increasing client base and Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

Must conduct guest lectures of renowned lawyers and judges.

Must coordinate with HOD Laws in MIUC Islamabad

Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

Following industry trends locally and internationally.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Contacting potential clients to establish relationships and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Attending seminars, conferences, meetings, and industry events and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.

Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.

As a Campus Manager the main job duties are Lead, manage, develop and motivate the school-based Administration, Academic administrative, faculty and school support Team.

As an Admission Adviser/Activity coordinator the main responsibilities are related with student admissions, assessments, enrolment and coordination.

As a principal/head, basic job duty is to motivate the school-based Administration, Academic administrative, faculty and school support and management Team in a manner consistent with RIS policies, procedures, culture, rules and strategically develop support, resources, faculty and standards of academic excellence to ensure the adequate provision of academic, administrative and financial support for all School or region-based initiatives and operations.

As an academic coordinator, responsible for time table management, student performance follow-up on daily or weekly basis, communications with the parents/guardians on student attendance, dairy communications with parents, class performance, conduct and student academics monitoring, Day to day Monitoring, Evaluation and implementation of RIS In house curriculum for all subjects across all tiers from Montessori to Preparatory levels.

Teaching HSSC Grades i.e (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Islamiat, Biology, Pakstudies, English, Urdu, Accounting)

Expertise Required:

High-level communication skills

Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills

Proven ability to secure maximum admissions

Must have minimum 2 years teaching and/ or practicing experience

Must hold a minimum District Courts license

Must have excellent knowledge of the University of London and how to handle applications, registrations, and examination registrations.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficiency in English

Market knowledge

Time management and planning skills

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years teaching and/or law practice experience for Program Coordinator LLB
