Roots Millennium Schools, Head Office is looking for an experienced Law Officer. He should have experience of high court.

The Responsibilities is as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Document preparation for respective company's legal Compliance requirements.
• Drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
• Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates and third-party services for legalization of documents.
• Know-how of Laws, Treaties, Embargos, Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws, E-Commerce Laws and Laws of Contract.
• Any other administrative task as required.

Requirements: 

• LLB or LLM degree in Corporate/Commercial Law from renowned university or institute.
• 5+ years of corporate legal experience.
• Must have knowledge about legal documentation and its peculiarities.
• Should have very good command on English.
• Good command over MS Office.
• Able to perform in fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
