Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities and Accountability

You'll need to:

·         Train staff to keep mall, adjoining areas and other services areas clean and tidy.  

·         Plan schedule for cleaning staff.

·         Check the level of work of cleaning staff.

·         Deal with complaints from Customers.

·         Check related all equipment's are in working order.

·         Keep accounts and list of supplies.

·         Maintain stock levels of cleaning products and equipment.

·         Avoid wastage of cleaning supplies.

·         Maintain clean, hygiene and neat environment all the time.

·         Attend meetings with other staff.

·         Communicate with other department for cleaning requirements.

·         Take travel path regularly to assess the cleanliness status.

·         Prepare cleaning Materials and equipment for the next day.

·         Record faulty equipment and its maintenance.

·         Deep cleaning of all mall and Manage staff issues.

·         Check quality of cleaning material.

·         Check all staff is in proper uniform and well groomed.
