Responsibilities

  1. Working on Employee DataBase.
  2. Announce vacancies in newspapers and websites (Rozee.pk, Linked-In)
  3. Calling for interviews and dealing with callers and applicants
  4. Initial interview of applicants
  5. Conducting interviews with senior Managers
  6. Job description of employee
  7. Maintain Employee’s personal files
  8. Job offer letters, Joining Letters, Appointment Letters
  9. Issuing Experience letters
  10. Issuing show cause notice and Employee’s warning letters
  11. Employee’s Termination notice
  12. Employee’s clearance
  13. Designing and printing of Certificates (Best employee of the month and Special Performer)
  14. Coordination with Social Security Department and Billing
  15. Coordination with EOBI and Billing
  16. Employee’s verification (Introducing NADRA VERSYS)
  17. Attendance Management System(Attendance report, New employee’s entry, and exit)
  18. Salary Sheets
  19. Leave DataBase
  20. Conducting employee training sessions
  21. Employee rewards and compensation
  22. Dealing with employees to give information and solve their problems.
  23. Coordination with TCS for mailing of documents
  24. Uniform and Budgeting
  25. Taking round of mall for uniform checking.
