Manager Operations / Security

Safa Gold Mall is hiring for Manager Security and Operations of the Mall. Candidates having experience in similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Developing and implementing security/safety/operational policies and plans.

Supervise all full-time and outsourced security personnel.

Train and evaluate team with a liaison of HR department

Provide security staffing for other functions as may be required.

Enforce and make recommendations regarding security plans and schedules.

Implement security measures improvements as they are developed

Make recommendations to management on staffing needs, budgeting data, and purchase recommendations with coordination of concerned department

Establish building security plans and schedules for special events.

Monitors the Security Officer training program

Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations

Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations

Creating analytical reports of safety data

Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe. Check and coordinate with concerned department to install safety equipment in building e.g fire fighting

Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment

Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training

Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions- Conduct briefings for team

Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques

Determining whether the installed products is safe for customers

Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes

Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the operations team and the entire company

Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions in the mall

Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident

Finding the best way to prevent future accidents

Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance

To develop and implement SOPs for the facilitation of tenants and their staff.

Lead the Team in managing service operations and maintenance of the mall.

Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance and upkeep of the shopping mall.

Maintain good relation with tenants, Process tenants problems/conflicts

Ensure that the property is kept in excellent condition.

Manage the security, and customer service and Ensure employees are offering exceptional customer service.

Managing, training, disciplining and mentoring the onsite FM facilities support team.

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, admin and IT), as well as coordination and communication between functions.
