Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all resident concerns and repair requests, enter work orders into Propertyware,

• Handling all property emergencies with residents and vendors

• maintain accurate records of all transactions for each property/unit

• Monthly analysis of financial reporting, property reports

• Increase property revenues

• Achieve customer satisfaction through responsiveness to needs, enhanced communication and unparalleled professionalism

• Develop positive and productive relationships with residents of the community;

• Participate in meetings with local regulatory agencies and authorities as needed.
