Entry of the Advance (s) sanctioned in the Advances sheet. After clearance, making entry in the advances sheet to reflect the results

Preparation of base payroll and wages sheet on monthly basis

Preparation of vendors billing report on monthly basis

Ensuring compliance with SOPs

Coordination with line manager and other department seniors on various issues related to the job

Fund management, timely request for funds to avoid fund shortages

Keeping record of staff foods

Preparation and entry of cash vouchers in transaction listing

Preparation of base payroll and wages

Update Advance details

Timely preparation of vendors reports
