Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the management of Trade Marketing reps.
2. Ensure journey plan design and implementation by the Trade marketing reps.
3. Spend time in the market with the Tr. Marketing reps to ensure proper executions.
4. Responsible for driving the implementation of visibility, brand campaigns, loyalty, and other programs.
5. Supporting the trade marketing reps for their day-to-day affairs.
6. Closely monitor and evaluate SIS & ExMapping reports to drive the performance of TM Reps.
7. Responsible to provide performance reports (of Tr. Marketing reps) to Regional Trade Managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Build relationships with the Top Customers.
9. Responsible to build the capability of his team.
