Manager Security

Job Description

We are looking for Manager of Security preferably having an Army background, having 10-15 years of experience for our Malam Jabba Ski Resort, Swat in North. JD as below:

Facilities security assessment & management.

Design safety guidelines, procedures & SOPs for smooth implementation of security plan at Resort.

Take adequate measures to ensure the security of staff & tourists.

Regular security briefs with engaged security company on security matters & report timely to the management.

Monitor performance of security company & arrange emergency response drills.

Liaison with law enforcement agencies & friendly relations with the local administration to foster a positive image of the company & smooth business operations.

Prepare & present a security plan to the management in case of any Internation & national level event and make a sure the plan is properly implemented.

Review & propose security agreements along with security companies.

Prepare & present monthly incident reports.
