Job Purpose:

Incumbent will Plan, analyze, design & implement the overall academic layout for "On Campus" studies at College and provide leadership to Teachers/administrators to ensure excellence in studies and reputation of the College but not limited to following:

Job Description:

Develop overall academic structure of institute

Liaison with HEC & other educational governing bodies related to establishment & registration of institute.

Formulate academic aims & objectives of the institution and lead the institute to achieve them.

Responsible for academic management of the institution and ensuring the learning component programs are delivered to the industry educational standards.

Strong knowledge of online learning programs, organize initiatives and identify trends related to Learning Management System.

Strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction design for on campus learning.

Responsible for quality assessment, process control & improvements.

Frame and implement rules & regulations of institute.

Conduct trainings & workshops on capacity building.

Review industry educational standards & ongoing trends.

Devise faculty appointment criteria.-Assessment & feedback on employee’s performance.

Preparation of reports.-Coordination of programs offered by institute.

Documentation of policies & procedures.

Upgradation of administrative facilities.Experience:

Preference will be given to working in Govt / Semi-Govt / Private educational institutions with demonstrated track record.
