Quality Assurance Manager

Provide accurate, relevant and timely product and process quality information by assuming responsibility for the collection of samples and performing of physical and chemical analysis in the lab

To lead the development of a local quality strategy which includes standardization of quality focused SOPs across the various production facilities.

To work with the Product Manager, GM Operations and GM Marketing to log, investigate and rectify consumer complaints and recurring quality defects

To maintains a close relationship with the Product Manager, regarding all relevant aspects of Quality management and Product Maintenance

Plan, coordinate and promote all quality activities, such as QC staff- and machine operator training and awareness campaigns with focus on meeting consumer requirements.
