Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

1.      Responsible for the execution of strategy and achievement of the regional KPIs

2.      Plan, review and implement regional coverage in line with organizational objectives.

3.      Identify potential territories to develop and maintain business.

4.      Responsible for brand availability in stores through weighted and numeric distribution Level

5.      Responsible for brand and product visibility in targeted outlets.

6.      Responsible for Implementation of Trade programs

7.      Closely monitor and evaluate SIS & ExMapping reports to fulfil identified gaps and maintain team performance.

8.      Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly performance reports against KPIs.

9.      Ensure talent are upholding Samsons Code of Conduct and Values

10.   Raise PPP by empowering and overseeing individuals instead of micromanagement.

11.   Responsible for building team capability

12.   Continuously innovate and improve business SOPs.
