Responsibilities
Servr4Sale is searching for an L2 Customer Support Engineer Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- The ideal candidate will have appropriate certifications and qualifications to work with networking hardware / Systems and will be well-versed in on-premise and cloud computing solutions.
- The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Windows domain environment and strong knowledge of network fundamentals.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering. Practical experience of two years or more is preferred with customer-facing technical support.
- Ability to speak and write professionally in English
- 24/7 availability for 8-hour shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and develop new solutions
- Ensure solutions solve the root cause of problems
- Write step-by-step processes, solutions, and ticket updates.
- Handle Customer calls successfully.
- The ability to perform and oversee complex tasks and prioritize multiple tasks based on overall business strategic goals.
- The proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance.
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
- The proven ability to be a team player with a collaborative orientation and the ability to effectively interact with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders.
