Sales / Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Do you enjoy generating inbound leads and making connections with people?

We are looking for a talented Sales and Business Executive to join Server4Sale. If you’re an experienced, creative, energetic, team player with excellent sales, marketing, and communications skills who maximize revenue through closing inbound leads and successfully sourcing outbound opportunities through human, engaging, persuasive sales strategies, this role is for you! The right person will be known in their local Enterprise market and be considered a professionally polished, effective communicator and presenter that consistently works to interact with senior-level management in order to positively affect the final purchase decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate closely with sales manager and team members to close sales.

Smart negotiation with clients for optimal pricing of products and services.

Offering an optimized solutions to fulfill requirements of the client.

Source Enterprise contacts to generate active inbound leads.

Make assessments for sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales.

Use CRM and sales software to track leads during the complete sales cycle.

Follow up with local/international industry contacts to offer products and services.

Actively calling the leads/clients for a sales pitch, negotiation and follow up

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

Required Experience:

Highly skilled in managing complex sales cycles and navigating large procurement organizations and processes.

Significant industry knowledge with 3 or more years of experience of selling managed services and or hosting where the environments involve some level of technical complexity.

Track record proves the ability to sell into C level management.

A face-to-face sales veteran with persuasive and contemporary PowerPoint presentation skills.

High-energy enterprise salesperson (minimum of 1 year of technology sales);

2 or more years of Enterprise level sales. With a focus on new account acquisition (Sales Hunter) and revenue growth.

Viewed as a leader and an expert on high-performing teams.

Expert at applying our adopted sales stage methodology to ensure maximum revenue is generated from every opportunity created and shares this knowledge with others.

Expert knowledge of hosting sales processes and complex product selling.

The propensity to make professional shareholder-focused business decisions considering the relative costs, margins, and benefits of potential actions.

Ability to successfully work and promote client's environment and requirements internally within inter-functional groups.

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

A minimum of 2 to 3 year’s successful New Business sales experience, incorporating value/service selling.

Sales experience in a technology-related business is a must.

You must have a proven track record, recommendations, and referrals for your work in the industry.
