Assistant Manager Accounts - Textile

Job Description

• Prepare Journal vouchers and entries in software
• Complete general leger operations
• Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Prepare analysis or reconciliation of ledger accounts as requested
• Assist with monthly or year-end closings
• Responsible for stock taking on month ending.
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Payroll administration complete.
• Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences with account / bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist in preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Note:

SAP B1 experience is preferable.
