Job Description

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
• Check source documents for accuracy
• Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material and finish goods also in and out recording.
• Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass.
• To maintain a GRNs recording according to purchase order/ production order.
• Responsible to maintain a Daily Cutting, production and deliveries (color wise), according to sale order in SAP.
• To maintain all purchase requests record related to warehouse.
• Stock maintaining and also recording.
• Verify data and correct data where necessary mean data validation.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
• Carry out all duties and functions as directed by the senior management.
