Manager Quality Assurance (Garments)

Shabbir Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd (#DYNASTY #FABRICS) Lahore is seeking energetic and result oriented candidates to fill the following position in Garments Manufacturing section at Lahore.

1.    Must have excellent experience in managing quality standards for manufacturing of Shalwar Kameez, Waistcoats and Suiting.

2.    Quality control through inspection process throughout the manufacturing process.

3.    Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets is achieved.

Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

1. Work on Product development according to the requirements and instruction.
2. Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed
3. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling as per standards.
4. Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
5. Conduct Pre- Final inspection and Final inspections before dispatching
6. Able to follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing.
7. Lead all quality staff and ultimately ensure final product quality
8. Other related tasks assigned by the management.
