Quality Inspector - Textile

Looking for Quality inspector who is able to Inspect/Control all quality standards of fabric at external/internal units.

-       On start of every quality, QC will do first in-line inspection.

-       QC will check GSM, width, end-pick, selvedge writing as per given requirement.

-       QC will submit half meter production sample of all beams to head office.

-       QC will check equal selvedge height & distance on each side of fabric.

-       QC will make sure single color or double color loom as per contract.

-       Selvedge yarn, design & writing as per given instructions.

QC submit daily inspection report to production department

-       Weekly yarn report & daily stock report will be submitted to production department

-       Closing stock of yarn, fabric & running production reports should be submitted to production department by the end of every month.

-       Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
