Store Supervisor

Job Description

To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places

To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists

To fill the Inventory ledger (Manually) on daily basis.

Follow up inventory levels on daily basis to face future shortage challenges of items.

Issuing and receiving stores to and from direct labor and contractors.

Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.

Provide assistance to the Store In-charge in his day to day tasks

Keep up to date all date related to Store/Inventory (Outward, Inward, Daily Stock Status Report, Ledgers

Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.

To fill daily Stock Status Report on daily basis and to check by the inventory &Store In-charge and Production officer
