We are a US based BPO company looking for young and ambitious male/female Customer Services Executive to join our friendly and exciting call centre based in saddar, Rawalpindi.

NIGHT SHIFT

Providing outstanding customer service to all the customers in a professional manner, Data and order entry, Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, Reaching out to customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquiries etc.

Requirements:

Clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner, Excellent customer service skills, Bilingual a plus,proficiency in basic PC applications and MS word, excel and outlook, Ability to perform basic math skills, Problem solving skills, Excellent attention to details, Sound decision making skills, Work well in a team environment, Able to work with a diverse group of people job requirements prior customer service experience within a call center highly preferred
