Job Description
- Conduct effective outbound tele-fundraising calls and answer inbound calls on behalf of Shifa Foundation.
- Contact our current, past and potential donors – that includes general public (cold calling) to increase or renew their support.
- Assist Team Lead, Global Outreach in conducting their responsibilities.
- Any other official task assigned by the Manager Outreach and Community Engagement.
