Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Skyscrapers Pvt. Ltd is currently looking for experienced candidates to join our team for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us.

Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.

Handle inbound calls and chats/emails from the customers.

Make outbound calls when required to.

Required Competencies:

Experience in relevant field, preferred industry; Marketing, Customer Services, etc.

Strong communication and IT fluency.

Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.

Neutral or American Accent.

Good Sales Acumen and Aptitude.

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.

Experience: Prior customer service experience; preferably Online.

Salary Package: PKR 45,000 – 55,000

Additional Benefits: Appreciation Bonuses, Double Compensation on Public Holidays, Referral Bonus, Life Insurance.

Shift Details: Night, Evening, Morning

Location: Islamabad, Rawalpindi.
