Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Skyscrapers Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer service team for the position of Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Individuals are required to initiate and receive client calls.
  2. Should be able to influence customers to buy or retain the product & service for the branding and marketing purpose.
  3. Should be able to meet and exceed the targets consistently.
  4. Determines requirements by working with customers.
  5. Answers request by explaining wanted data; exploring, finding, and giving data.
  6. Enhances organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  7. Comprehend client issues and resolve as indicated by organization strategy.
  8. Educate clients by clarifying methodology; addressing questions; providing information.
Requirements:

  1. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  2. Ability to meet deadlines.
  3. Ability to work in a team environment.
  4. Proficient in MS office.
  5. Target oriented.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputable university (HEC Recognized).

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs experience in Customer Service.

Career Level: Fresh/Experienced.

Salary Package: PKR 35,000 to 50,000

Additional Benefits: Appreciation Bonuses, Double Compensation on Public Holidays, Referral Bonus.
