Job Description
We are an IT company serving numerous clients worldwide, most of them are US Based. We're here to announce a special opportunity for Customer Support Executives who are eager to pursue their career in the E-commerce industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day- to- day operations in the customer support department.
- Respond to customer support issues in a timely manner.
- Create effective customer support procedures, policies and standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer support activities and discussions.
- Assess support statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
- Hire and train new customer support executives
- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Note:
Individuals should have their own conveyance. Candidates who have no problem with the office location (Phase 7, Rawalpindi) and are ready to work in the night shift are welcome to apply!
Office Timings: 7:00 pm to 3:30 am PKT
