HR Executive

Responsibilities

Skyscrapers is looking for a savvy and tech-oriented HR Executive who is fluent in verbal and written English communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.

  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.

  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.

  • Training new or existing employees.

  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.

  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.

  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

Required Competencies: 

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in HR (16 years of education).

  •  1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Advanced computer skills.

  • Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualification: 

Bachelors ( HEC recognized university).

Salary Package: 30k - 40k.
