HR Manager

We are a US based company serving numerous clients worldwide, most of them are US Based. We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional an experienced for the post of HR Manager.

Job Description:

Attendance Management of all employees through Bio metric Machine and generate Monthly report of each employee.

Job postings on job boards, and other social media and making a pool of good candidates.

Responsible for sourcing, shortlisting and calling candidates to schedule Interviews.

Maintain all Interviewed and shortlisted applicants’ data in MS Excel in trackable / organized format.

Conduct new employee’s orientation and complete other joining formalities.

Regular meetings with department Managers for their manpower requirements.

Help Management in developing Manpower planning strategies, which reflects immediate and long-term staff requirements.

Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.

Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.

Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.

Ensure that employee files and related documents are complete and tagged as per the instruction given by HR executive.

Important Note:

· Individuals should have their own conveyance. Candidates who have no problem with the office location (Phase 7, Rawalpindi) and are ready to work in the night shift are welcome to apply!
