Call Center Executive

Job Description

Call Center Executives at Systems provide services to our clients to work with us in an engaging environment for various International Campaigns.

Responsibility:

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Document knowledge from the clients.

Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

Candidate must be good in English Language skills.

Must possess good communication skills ·

Should have cleared their Intermediate or A levels.

Night Shift Only. ·

Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.

Experienced individuals with their own conveyance will be preferred, we welcome you to be a part of us in a comfortable & friendly environment.

Walk-in Interviews on 9th March’20 and the timings are 11am-5pm.
