Responsibilities
Contact Center Executives help us grow our business by assisting our existing and potential customers with their queries.
Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by providing and obtaining required information and help them in resolving their problems.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education or above
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work as per the US working hours.
Salary:
20-25k (Basic) + commission + night allowance + conveyance allowance for females only
