Responsibilities
Contact Center Executives at Systems provide services to our clients to work with us in an engaging environment for various International Campaigns.
Responsibility:
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document knowledge from the clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be good at English Language skills. ·
- Must possess good communication skills ·
- Should have cleared their Intermediate or A-levels. ·
- Night Shift Only. ·
- Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.
- Experienced individuals with their own conveyance will be preferred, we welcome you to be a part of us in a comfortable & friendly environment.
