Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic, confident, and passionate individuals who can lead a team to reach new heights in customer Sales Representatives.

  • The candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in a call center.
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of call center methodologies, metrics, and practices.
  • Proficiency in technology, computers, software applications, and phone systems.
  • Fluent in English
