Corporate Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist the CFO and Corporate sectary in

Assist in preparing the Bank renewal facilities documents( BBFS,IB, Form, PG etc.)

Assist in preparing Vehicle Insurance  renewal and preparing of documents along with liaison with insurance companies.

Assist in Preparing Bank account opening documents and liaison in banks

Liaison with Banks for booking of lease vehicles along preparation of documents.

Liaison with bank and coordination with these documents and ensure timely communication of information.

Assist in preparing the minutes of meeting of company & maintain its record.

Maintenance of record & filling of documents corporate documents as SOP of Company.
