Manager Legal

Responsibilities

·        Being head of legal deal with all legal matters

·        Lead the in house legal team and guide them to achieve maximum result in shortest possible time

·        Advise and deal with regulatory affairs of Company

·        Deal with Police Department for registration of FIR and other related matters

·        Join commercial teams in negotiation of Agreements with Customers

·        Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.

·        Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions.

·        Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.

·        Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.

·        Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists.

·        Represent the Company at different legal forums including High Court

·        Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company.

Requirements:

‐ LLB with at least 6 years of post qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in‐house.

·         Being reliable and trustworthy

·        Extensive knowledge of commercial laws and regulations

·        Excellent problem‐solving, analytical and organizational skills

·        Sound interpersonal and communication skills

·        Being flexible

·         Being able to think quickly.

·         Having research abilities.

·        Having knowledge of the latest rules.

·         Being able to speak with authority.
