Quality Control Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Investigate the out of specs test results
- Act as a team leader.
- Conducts collaboration studies.
- Evaluates new laboratory methods.
- Prepare and review the SOPs, validation/stability protocols and analytical procedures
- Train the people on different analytical techniques
- Able to negotiate with the suppliers for the purchase of Laboratory reagents and equipment.
- Handling Raw Material and Finished Goods.
- Sampling of raw material and packaging material.
- Utilities Testing, Microbiological Testing and Stability Studies on finished products.
- Handling Non-conformance issues.
- Conducting Technical Training of staff.
- Handling Local Regulators (drug inspectors).
- Team Player and have the ability to work with the cross functional teams.
- Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the teams.
- Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.
- Having strong technical know how.
- Proficiency in Project Management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Well conversant with CGMP and Good Laboratory Practices.
