Executive (Finance Operations)

Job Purpose:

Ufone is looking for anExecutive Finance Operationsto ensure proper definition of BVS devices & SFA SIMs in system,controlling the BVS inventory ordering, handling and distribution function, regular coordination with BVS vendors and BVS stock analysis report.

Job Description:

• BVS Inventory Management, SIM pairing/activation & bundling with BVS device and scanner WITH an object to maintain business policy
• BVS devices definition, uploading, ordering and R&R management at all relevant systems (Cares, FMS, SAP) WITHIN the limits of agreed SLAs
• Controlling the inventory ordering, handling & distribution function, as per given SOPs
• Responsible for the nationwide distribution of BVS devices & trading stock to all sales channel
• Planning & execution to ensure successful completion of internal & external audit of BVS devices
• BVS stock analysis and subsequent analysis (new, repaired, faulty, warranty, damaged, lost, insurance claims, as & when required by LM
• Close & regular coordination with BVS vendors for day to day operations for repair & return process
• Prioritization & execution of tasks, resolution of inventory related issues & customer complaints WITHIN agreed SLAs
• Manage deployed systems & coordinate with IT to keep systems up & running

Job Specification:

• 1-2 year of experience
